This incident undoubtedly set back my training.

So I had to have, what was supposed to be a simple operation on a finger that turned into a general anaesthetic and my hand in a cast for two weeks followed by a custom finger splint for 6 weeks after that ! I had my finger bent back so far I detached my Vola plate🤢

I hope i can resume my preparations after the cast comes off and the splint is , well, a lot less bulky!
